Legal Policy

Rebox Tech FZC reserves the right to:

• Verify the identity of the seller and validate device details directly or through an authorized verification partner, in accordance with applicable UAE laws.
• Modify or cancel any offer if the device is found to be tampered with, misrepresented, or materially different from the description provided during order submission on the Rebox platform.
• Cancel an order if identity verification, address verification, or any mandatory compliance check cannot be successfully completed.
• Inspect the device at the time of pickup—covering functional, technical, and physical assessments—before confirming the final valuation or issuing payment.
• Clarify that the quoted price displayed during order placement is indicative only. The final valuation is confirmed after full inspection at pickup.
• Adjust the quoted price if market conditions change. Rebox Tech FZC is not obligated to honor the initial quote if the order remains unconfirmed or uncollected for more than 72 hours.

• Rebox Tech FZC is not responsible for any representations, offers, or schemes made by unauthorized third parties claiming association with the company.
• No third‑party individual or entity is authorized to offer services, promotions, or schemes on behalf of Rebox Tech FZC without explicit written approval.
• Rebox Tech FZC is not liable for any issues, malfunctions, or defects that arise during device inspection by authorized personnel at the seller’s location.
• Once payment has been issued to the seller and/or the device has been collected by an authorized pickup partner, the transaction is considered final and cannot be reversed.

By using the Rebox platform, the seller confirms and agrees that:

• The device (and any included accessories) is legally owned by the seller and was not obtained through unlawful or unauthorized means.
• The device is free from financial obligations, including financing, leasing, or ownership disputes, at the time of sale.
• The condition of the device accurately matches the description provided on the Rebox platform.
• All personal data has been permanently erased from the device prior to handover. Rebox Tech FZC is not responsible for any data loss, exposure, or misuse resulting from the seller’s failure to remove personal information.
• The seller acknowledges receipt of the agreed payment in exchange for the device.
• The seller consents to Rebox Tech FZC sharing identification details and pickup information with UAE government authorities when legally required.
• Rebox Tech FZC may capture and store the geographic location and IP address used during order placement for fraud prevention and compliance purposes.
• All identification documents provided are valid, authentic, and issued by the relevant government authority.
• Any breach of these undertakings constitutes a breach of the terms of sale, and Rebox Tech FZC may withdraw the offer or decline the purchase.

The seller agrees:

• Not to use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity in violation of UAE laws, public policy, or national security interests.
• Not to provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information, including name, address, contact details, or identification numbers. Providing fraudulent information may result in legal action under UAE Cybercrime and Anti‑Fraud laws.

Nothing in this policy grants the seller any rights—direct or implied—over Rebox Tech FZC’s intellectual property, software, processes, tools, or proprietary materials used in delivering services.

• All communications and data handling are subject to the Rebox Privacy Policy and UAE Federal Decree‑Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL).
• To comply with UAE regulatory requirements, Rebox Tech FZC may disclose seller information to authorized government bodies, law enforcement, or regulatory authorities when legally mandated.
• Rebox may use anonymized and aggregated website usage data for analytics and service improvement. No personally identifiable information is shared with third parties without legal basis or consent.
• By using the platform, users consent to receiving transactional and service‑related communications, including SMS and email notifications from Rebox Tech FZC or its authorized partners.

Any dispute arising from the use of the Rebox platform or related services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, unless otherwise required by applicable UAE law.

• Rebox / Rebox Tech FZC: The legal entity operating the Rebox platform in the UAE.
• Seller: Any individual or entity offering a device for sale through the Rebox platform.
• User: Any individual or entity accessing or interacting with the Rebox website or app.
• Platform / Website: The Rebox digital platform or App, including www.rebox.tech (or the official domain used at launch).
• Services: Includes device evaluation, quote generation, order placement, pickup scheduling, device diagnostics, payment processing, customer support, and all other features offered on the platform.
